Episode 6, Configure Intellij Idea

Episode 6, Configure Intellij Idea

Season 1 - From Lame to Fame

  1. Run Intellij Idea
  2. Choose the theme
    1. Light - if your screen does not have anti-glare coating, and you work primarily in an environment with lots of small lights all over the place. I use Light since is easier on the eyes on a long run if combined with good ambient light and night-light mode.
    2. Dark - if your screen has anti-glare coating, and you can stand random or persistent reflections, from time to time.
  3. *Optional: Create launcher, only for current user. I’m using this feature.
  4. *Optional: Create launcher script, sometimes is nice to open idea from command line. I’m not using this feature.
